Become a Coach

Readier Today™ Coaches help facilitate live Money Fundamentals sessions with small groups of teens. Coaches guide discussion, encourage participation, support student growth, and help make financial education feel practical, engaging, and relevant.

This is a great fit for adults with experience in finance, business, education, entrepreneurship, leadership, customer success, coaching, or youth development. Coaches do not need to be professional teachers, but they do need to be thoughtful, dependable, encouraging, and comfortable working with teens.

Our best coaches help teens feel safe asking questions, sharing ideas, and building confidence around topics that can shape the rest of their lives.

Become a Captain

Captains are teen leaders who help make cohorts more fun, welcoming, and engaging. A Captain may help welcome students, encourage participation, support group energy, assist with games or activities, and model curiosity and responsibility during live sessions.

The Captain role is designed as a real leadership opportunity for teens who want to practice communication, facilitation, responsibility, and peer encouragement. Captains do not need to already be financial experts. They should be motivated, dependable, positive, and willing to help other teens get more out of the experience.

For the right teen, becoming a Captain can be a meaningful way to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and contribute to the Readier Today™ community.

Be a Guest Speaker

Guest Speakers help bring real-world stories into the Readier Today™ community. We invite professionals, founders, investors, community leaders, creators, and other experienced adults to share honest, practical lessons with teens and families.

A Guest Speaker session is not a sales pitch or a lecture. It is a chance to share what you have learned through your career, your choices, your mistakes, your wins, and your personal journey. Topics may include entrepreneurship, money decisions, career paths, leadership, resilience, investing, creative work, community impact, or other lessons that help young people prepare for life.

The goal is simple: give teens access to real stories from people who have built, led, learned, adapted, and grown.

We are also developing opportunities for individuals, families, companies, foundations, and community partners to sponsor students, cohorts, events, scholarships, and future Readier Today™ initiatives.
