What Changed?

We’ve updated these Terms of Service to:

  • Establish these as the unified Terms governing Readier Today™ LLC and all of its programs, including Teen Millionaires Club™ (TMC™).
  • Clarify that TeenMillionairesClub.com and all related programs are operated by Readier Today™ LLC.
  • Preserve and clarify minor participation and parental involvement requirements.
  • Include SMS / text messaging terms, including consent, opt-out instructions, and carrier disclosures.
  • Clarify that SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Align these Terms with our updated Privacy Policy, especially regarding communications and parental consent.
  • Reflect the continued evolution of our programs as part of the Readier Today™ platform.

Our Approach

Readier Today™ exists to help people build confidence and capability — especially in finance, investing, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning.

These Terms are intended to create clarity and mutual understanding so our community can learn together in a respectful and responsible way.

By accessing or participating in any Readier Today™ program — including Teen Millionaires Club™ (TMC™) — you agree to the Terms below.

1. Who We Are

Readier Today™ LLC is an Oregon limited liability company and public benefit company.

These Terms apply to:

  • ReadierToday.com
  • TeenMillionairesClub.com
  • All affiliated websites
  • All programs, courses, memberships, certifications, coaching, events, communications (including email and SMS), and related services operated by Readier Today™ LLC

Teen Millionaires Club™ (TMC™) is a program of Readier Today™ LLC and is governed by these Terms.

2. Minor Participation and Parental Involvement

Many of our programs, including TMC™, are designed for teens.

If a participant is under 18:

  • A parent or legal guardian must enroll the teen or approve their participation.
  • Teen participation must occur with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or guardian.
  • The parent or guardian is responsible for enrollment decisions and payment.
  • The parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of the minor participant.

We may request confirmation of parental knowledge or consent where appropriate.

3. Educational Purpose Only

All Readier Today™ programs are educational.

We share ideas, frameworks, and structured learning experiences related to finance, investing, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

We do not provide personalized:

  • Financial advice
  • Investment advice
  • Tax advice
  • Legal advice

Participation does not guarantee financial success, business outcomes, or specific results.

Any decisions made based on our content are your responsibility.

You should consult qualified professionals before making financial or legal decisions.

4. Accounts, Communications, and Participation

To participate in our programs, we may collect:

  • Parent or guardian contact information
  • Teen name, age, and email address
  • Optional mobile phone number
  • Payment details for paid programs

By enrolling or participating, you agree that:

  • The information provided is accurate.
  • Teen participation occurs with parental knowledge and consent.
  • Communications sent to teen email addresses are program-related (such as session reminders, curriculum updates, or educational materials).
  • We may communicate with parents and teens via email in connection with program participation.
  • SMS communications are sent only with consent and in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may limit or suspend participation if these expectations are not met.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you choose to receive SMS messages from Readier Today™:

  • You consent to receive text messages at the mobile number you provide.
  • Messages may include session reminders, schedule updates, or important program-related notifications.
  • Message frequency may vary.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

For help, reply HELP or contact hello@readiertoday.com.

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your receipt of email or other communications unless you separately unsubscribe from those communications.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some programs require payment.

By enrolling in a paid program:

  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
  • Subscription-based programs may renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Cancellation and renewal terms will be clearly disclosed at enrollment.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable.

If you have a billing question, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can address it fairly and promptly.

7. Community Expectations

We are building a respectful, growth-oriented learning community.

Participants agree to:

  • Engage respectfully
  • Avoid harassment or disruption
  • Honor the privacy of fellow participants
  • Use program materials responsibly

If conduct becomes unsafe or significantly disruptive, we may limit or end participation to protect the integrity of the community.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Readier Today™ LLC — including curriculum, slides, videos, templates, certification frameworks, branding, and program structures — are owned by or licensed to Readier Today™ LLC.

These materials are provided for personal educational use by enrolled participants.

Participants may not:

  • Copy, resell, or publicly distribute materials
  • Share account access
  • Record sessions without permission
  • Use our materials to create competing programs

If you would like to share or reference our materials, please contact us. We value collaboration and are often open to appropriate permissions.

We reserve the right to protect our intellectual property if it is misused.

9. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences:

  • We do not guarantee financial results or business outcomes.
  • Access to digital services may occasionally be interrupted.
  • Programs are provided as available.

Participation is voluntary, and outcomes depend on individual effort, judgment, and circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Readier Today™ LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.

If liability is established, it will be limited to the amount paid to us for the applicable program within the prior 12 months.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply in full.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our programs evolve.

Updates will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above.

Continued participation after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and the United States.
