Become a Coach

Help shape the next generation of financially confident leaders.

Teen Millionaires Club™ (TMC™) is a real-time, cohort-based financial literacy, investing, and entrepreneurship program designed to help teens build real-world confidence with money.

We’re building something meaningful — and we’re inviting exceptional adults who want to be part of it.

Why This Role Matters

Teenagers today are entering a world shaped by AI, rapid change, and economic uncertainty.

Very few adults are intentionally teaching them:

  • How money actually works
  • How to invest thoughtfully and intelligently
  • How to evaluate risk
  • How to think long-term
  • How to build something of their own

As a TMC™ Coach, you get to help young people develop clarity, confidence, and real financial capability — early in life.

The ripple effects extend far beyond the classroom.

What You’ll Do

You’ll guide a consistent cohort of motivated teens (ages 13–18) through our structured 10–12 week program.

Each week includes:

  • One 60-minute live session
  • One 30-minute optional office hour
  • Light preparation and follow-up communication

We provide a thoughtfully designed curriculum, slides, and session outlines.

Your role is to bring it to life — facilitating discussion, encouraging participation, and helping teens connect ideas to the real world.

Who Thrives Here

Our best coaches typically bring one or more of the following:

  • Experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching teenagers
  • Entrepreneurial or small business experience
  • Finance, accounting, or economics background
  • Startup or business leadership experience
  • Strong Zoom facilitation skills

Credentials matter — but presence matters more.

If you enjoy guiding conversations, asking thoughtful questions, and helping young people think critically, you’ll likely feel at home here.

At its core, this role is about facilitation and presence. For example:

Can you explain complex ideas clearly to a 15-year-old?
Can you guide discussion instead of lecture?
Can you create psychological safety while maintaining high standards?

Time Commitment

Per cohort (10–12 weeks):

  • One live online session per week
  • One live online office hour per week
  • Sessions held evenings or weekends (Pacific Time)
  • Fully remote

Many coaches will lead just one cohort.
Some may lead up to four per week.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role.

Compensation

Per cohort (10–12 weeks):

  • $500 base (covers up to 5 enrolled teens)
    • + $50 per enrolled teen beyond 5
  • Maximum cohort size: 12 teens

Enrollment is finalized after Week 2 for compensation purposes.

Coaches who consistently deliver strong experiences may receive priority placement in future cohorts.

We are intentionally building a high-quality coach community. Quality and consistency matter more to us than rapid scale.

What It Feels Like to Coach at TMC™

You’re not just presenting slides.

You’re helping a 14-year-old understand compound interest for the first time.

You’re guiding a teen through their first business idea.

You’re watching confidence grow in real time.

And you’re part of a mission-driven organization committed to long-term positive impact.

How to Apply

We keep the process simple and intentional.

Please submit:

  1. A brief written introduction sharing why this mission resonates with you
  2. A summary of relevant experience working with teens and/or finance
  3. A 60–90 second video explaining a financial or business concept as if speaking to teenagers

Selected applicants will move to a live conversation and short mock facilitation.
