The Captain role is a selective leadership opportunity for teens enrolled in an eligible TMC™ course. Captains help support engagement, participation, and the overall experience of the cohort while building real-world leadership skills.

Please note:

• Applying to become a Captain is separate from course enrollment
• Not every applicant will be selected
• Selected applicants may be invited to a brief interview
• Captain applications are generally due 14 days before the first session
